Whilst we havent had any manufacturing faults or returns to date, we are aware that things can happen. So please, if you receive a product with a manufactuing default please contact us within 3 days of receiving it for a full exchange.
As all products are made to order and we are sweat-shop free, postage can take longer than the average purchase.
Shipping takes anything from 21+ days from manufacture, depending on your location around the globe.
Please note that Australian Customs will take at least 7 days longer due to strict regulations (its a good opportunity to practice your Pranayama as you wait for AU postage)
