WHO AM i?
I have been working with energy, unknowingly, for as long as I can remember. As a child, changing the energy of people, places and situations were as native to me as it was to breathe.
I, of course, assumed it was as everybody experienced the world. Full of magic and possibility.

As I grew up and explored all sorts of careers, travels, adventures, risks, loves, and losses; I eventually came back to my nature - the magic of working with energy to create change.
​
Specifically, when I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and experienced a Samadhi (a spontaneous ecstatic state of being) I knew that working with energy full time was my calling. It was time.
​
Since then, it has been full steam ahead. I gained my Reiki Masters, Kinergetics Accreditation and have most recently realised Oneness Healing, an energy which informs all of my healings, teachings and creations to date.
​
Over the last decade I have facilitated thousands of people through one-on-one healings, retreats, workshops, group immersions and energy activations both in person and online. This work has proven time and time again to create such a significant change in peoples lives, it continues to humble me.
​

On this path I have learned so much about my gifts, other people's gifts, and the infinite possibilities available to us all.

Most importantly I have realized that this work is a calling, and as long as I have breath in my body I will continue to respond to this calling in whatever shape and form it requires and desires.

My Offerings...
Oneness Healing is the energy or vibration behind all of my brands. It is The Source if you like, for all of my work to show up. It is the energy that was realised to me many years ago in my Hands On Healing sessions and I have been sitting with it, evolving with it ever since.
From here I have created CrowzNest Studio out of my call to paint and create a body of work that houses this healing vibration. CrowzNest Studio is my creative house, the EGO of the Essential energy of Oneness Healing if you will.
Overtime bespoke offerings have been birthed to bring to life 'containers' of energy work. These include : ThinkTank (energy for business), BlessingWay (ceremonial healing events) and lately IntuitiveYOU! (group energy activations).
This house of brands is alive and evolving every day and I feel blessed to be a part of its existance X

Yes...the capri's pass the greatest test of all time...the toddler test!
These capri's have been avidly tested by none other than real life toddlers. Happily enduring tree climbs, smoothie shares, yoga duo's, beach runs, sunsets, sunrises and the oops we fell asleep in our clothes again...long weekends!

Me
Whilst I have been many things over the years, today, I am a full time mum of two divine little wildlings, a housewife, a yoga teacher, an artist and healer. Its taken me a long time to realise that my creativity is akin to my breath - it fuels my life and is right there next to my family as my greatest love. I couldnt stop creating if I tried X

What inspires me to keep creating, to keep showing up regardless of what that little inner critic inside my head has to say?

For me, creating visually beautiful things for myself, my kids and others to wear - gives me a huge sense of joy. The this is me, out in the world, kind of joy.
​
